Employers Mutual Member Benefit Program

Employers Mutual (EML) are focused on providing real benefits for their employer members, which is why they reinvest part of their profits back to employers through the provision of funding grants via the Member Benefits Program.

The Member Benefits Program is available to all of EML employer members who wish to access funding for projects or programs within their organisations which aim to reduce the incidence of workplace accidents and injuries, or assist in the successful return to work of injured workers.

Over the last 20 years, the Member Benefits Program has provided an average of $2.5 million per annum in funds to support employers and their associations with their occupational health and safety, risk management and return to work projects.

By 2011/12 the funds available per annum have the potential to reach $6-8 million.
