CHEF'S TABLE
The inaugural Chef's Table competition for South Australia took place in March/April 2008 - a successful and exciting incentive for kitchen staff in the Club industry. Entry into the competition requires imagination, management of stock, high service standards and a desire to work creatively with food/dining in order to best promote the Club's catering credentials. Overseen by an independent judging panel, the winner of the South Australian competition is automatically entered into the national component of this award, thereby earning the opportunity to be named as National Winner of Chef's Table Australia.Chef's Table is a brilliant initiative designed to highlight the diversity and competency of Clubs for dining. All interested Clubs are strongly encouraged to enter annually on behalf of their Chefs. Please submit applications through the Clubs SA office.
