2011 Clubs SA AGM

Clubs SA formally notifies its Members of our Annual General Meeting to be held:

Date:               Wednesday 23^rd November, 2011

Time:               1pm;   Registrations from 12:30pm

Venue:             Parafield Gardens Community Club

                        65 Shepherdson Road, Parafield Gardens SA 5107

The Annual General Meeting will follow Clubs SA's next Club Managers Meeting in the morning of that day.

Please ensure that your Club's Authorisation of Delegates information is up to date.  Each Club is authorised to have two Delegates vote at all Clubs SA meetings.   Please complete the Authorisation of Delegate form and return to Clubs SA by 5pm on Tuesday, 1^st October 2011.   

This year three positions become vacant but all three will be seeking re-appointment, they are:

• Cameron Taylor                currently President
• Greg Saunders                 currently Vice President
• Laraine Donaghay             currently a Board Member

A detailed resume of all nominees will be provided in the Annual Report. 

Further to the above explanation, nominations are now being called for membership of the Executive Committee by 5pm Tuesday 1^st November 2011.  All nominations must be received in writing and be signed by the proposer, the seconder and by the nominee to signify a willingness to stand for election.  The proposer and seconder must also be financial members of Clubs SA.  A detailed resume is required with the nomination.

If any Notice of Motions are to be made, they must be lodged in writing on the appropriate form  and submitted to Clubs SA by 5pm on Tuesday 1^st November, 2011. 

A copy of the AGM agenda, list of candidates, the annual report and audited statement of accounts will be sent to all Members by no later than Wednesday 9^th November, 2011.

Clubs can also vote by proxy to an existing delegate at their Club or another Club. Proxy forms must be lodged by 5pm on Monday 21 November, 2011.
