This course covers obligations and requirements in regard to the Liquor Licensing Act and Regulations

in such areas as:

  • Licence Categories
  • Procedures of obtaining a Licence
  • Notices, Fees, Minors, Entertainment
  • Noise & Disturbance
  • Breaches of obligations
  • Role of the Office of the Liquor & Gambling Commissioner

 

This course is generally a requirement of the Office of Liquor and Gambling when applying for a Responsible Person's badge.  The course does not entitle the attendee to automatic approval for this badge - the OLGC application process must still be followed.
