Clubs SA Webinar Series

Webinars are an excellent method to share valuable information and empower members with the knowledge they need to contribute to the success of their clubs.

In 2024 we will be covering topics such as governance, finances, meetings, constitutions, and planning plus other sessions to support clubs in various aspects of their operations.

Resources and recordings of all previous webinars can be found in the Members section of this site.

Club Governance 101

Overview:

Clubs vary enormously in their purpose, structure, size and level of complexity but in law - and its heart - every club is responsible for ensuring that the members of the Board or Committee work together, as a effective team, to achieve the Club's Objectives in a way that is responsible, efficient and ethical.

We'll cut through the jargon and help you understand what it means to govern an organisation in an increasingly complex and regulated world without losing sight of what matters to your members.

This module is the foundation for all the other modules in our Club Development Program.
